I provide job search support to those facing redundancy, who have been furloughed or those placed at risk. Providing one-to-one simple, practical and emotional career coaching support that will enable individuals to navigate the modern-day competitive job market and move into appropriate new employment as soon as possible.

I also enable organisations to re-focus their energies on business operations rather than diverting the sometimes considerable time and energy needed to support leavers and the morale of the retained team.

Having worked in Sales for over 30 years and run my own recruitment business for over 14 years I can provide all the inside information a candidate needs to become their own self-sufficient recruiter.
