Entry and Exit

We offer an Entry and Exit full rounded service with our selected partners, of whom we have a track record of working with. Having met hundreds of people over the last 10 years whose jobs and livelihoods have been put at risk, or made redundant, we are the first line of support for you. We will give expert tailored advice and support, which can be provided over the phone, or you can arrange a first free Crisis Consultation with us. All clients’ start off with an initial chat and then it’s up to you to decide how much, or how little help and support is needed.

Exit Strategy

Once we have helped you plan your exit strategy, our then recommended specialist HR and employment law advisors, will support you with all your negotiations, providing a firm legal foothold and help ease the enormous stress that you will be going through.

Contract Negotiations

We can help  you to achieve a better settlement package and negotiate for you to leave on your own terms. By managing your exit  properly, it will also free up more time for you to look for your next position. After your first free consultation each session has a fee and we will price this for you in accordance with your requirements. You cannot put a price on the value of a good exit and the importance on leaving on good terms is for your next employer.
